AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Orders for Australia are shipped from our Australian warehouse.

Australian Standard Shipping:

• FREE for orders of $70 and over.
• $9.95 for orders under $70.

Australian Express Shipping:

• $9.95 for orders of $70 and over. 
• $14.95 for orders under $70.

Orders placed before 5pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched same day.

Monogrammed Orders:
Please allow an additional 5 business days for orders to be monogrammed and shipped. These bags are dispatched from a secondary warehouse so may arrive separately to other items ordered.

Monogrammed styles are not available in the USA

Personalised Orders:
Please allow an additional 3 business days for orders to be personalised and shipped. These bags are dispatched from a secondary warehouse so may arrive separately to other items ordered.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
All orders to New Zealand are shipped from our Australian warehouse and incur a flat shipping fee of $30.

USA ORDERS
Orders for the USA are shipped from our USA warehouse.

USA Standard Courier:

• FREE for orders of $50 and over.
• $10 for orders under $50.

USA Express Courier:

• $10 for orders of $50 and over. 
• $20 for orders under $50.

Standard Courier:  2 - 5 Business Days 
Express Courier: 2 - 3 Business Days 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders (outside of Australia and the USA) are shipped from Australia.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Shipping time is usually 6–10 business days via DHL.
• Local duties and taxes may be payable.
• All local duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout.

• The item was purchased at full price
• Return is initiated within 30 days of dispatch
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it in; unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
