What is your returns policy?

At Olga Berg, we’re here to help make sure you have an amazing online shopping experience, and we understand that includes fast and easy returns.

If you don't absolutely love your new Olga Berg purchase (we can’t imagine why you wouldn’t), we offer WORLDWIDE RETURNS for a FULL REFUND excluding any original freight charge, providing it meets the following requirements:

  • Full priced item,
  • Return is initiated within 30 days of dispatch,
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused with tags attached and in all its original packaging.

Olga Berg has the right to reject a return if it does not meet the above conditions. If this happens, we will contact you.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Olga Berg is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. You will be automatically refunded back on your original payment method or receive a store credit. You will also receive a notification that the refund has been processed via email.

AUSTRALIA RETURNS
To lodge a return within Australia, click the link here to be taken to our returns portal. Just follow the prompts...it is super easy! 

Please ensure you include your Packing Slip with the order number inside your parcel for ease of identification and processing.

USA RETURNS
To lodge a return within the USA, please email us here. Ensure you include the following information in your enquiry:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return (Change of Mind, Not Suitable, Faulty etc)

Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply on your request.

Note that unless the item is found to be faulty, the cost of the return to our US warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund once the item reaches its destination. 

Ensure you include your Packing Slip with the order number inside your parcel for ease of identification and processing.

We will notify you of the cost of the return in our reply with your return’s label and instructions on how to lodge your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (All countries except the USA & Australia)
Please ensure to choose your items carefully as although we accept change of mind returns, it’s important to consider the potential costs and logistics involved in international returns before making a purchase.

To lodge an international return, please email us here. Ensure you include the following information in your enquiry:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return (Change of Mind, Not Suitable, Faulty etc.)

Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply on your request.

Faulty Returns
We are so sorry about this! We pride ourselves on quality control across all of our bags and headwear. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@olgaberg.com with images of the faulty product.

Returns purchased during promotions
As long as your return satisfies the other return guidelines, you remain eligible for a refund even if you used a discount code or made the purchase during a promotional period.

Returns on Monogrammed and Personalised Items
Personalised styles are non-refundable unless deemed faulty. Please ensure you choose your personalisation (letter caps or monogramming) carefully as this product cannot be returned or refunded.

SALE Items
Items purchased from the SALE section of our website are FINAL SALE and therefore are not eligible for a return.
