Orders for Australia are shipped from our Australian warehouse.

Orders placed before 5pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same day.

Australian Standard Shipping:

• FREE for orders of $70 and over.
• $9.95 for orders under $70.

Australian Express Shipping:

• $9.95 for orders of $70 and over. 
• $14.95 for orders under $70.

Monogrammed Orders:
Please allow an additional 5 business days for orders to be monogrammed and shipped. These bags are dispatched from a secondary warehouse, so they may arrive separately from other items ordered.

Personalised Orders:
Please allow an additional 3 business days for orders to be personalised and shipped. These bags are dispatched from a secondary warehouse, so they may arrive separately from other items ordered.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
All orders to New Zealand are shipped from our Australian warehouse and incur a flat shipping fee of $30.

USA ORDERS
Orders for the USA are shipped from our USA warehouse.

USA Standard Courier:

• FREE for orders of $50 and over.
• $10 for orders under $50.

USA Express Courier:

• $10 for orders of $50 and over. 
• $20 for orders under $50.

Standard Courier:  2 - 5 Business Days 
Express Courier: 2 - 3 Business Days 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders (outside of Australia and the USA) are shipped from Australia.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Shipping time is usually 6–10 business days via DHL.
• Local duties and taxes may be payable.
• All local duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout.
