Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colour you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.olgaberg.com. If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and can be used at a later date as long as it is within 12 months of purchase date. If you would like to purchase an item at greater value than the voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria within Australia and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts within Australia.

Spend up to $1000 - You can use Afterpay for orders up to $1000.

To use this service:

• Add your items to your bag and checkout as normal
• At the checkout, select Afterpay as your payment method
• Log in or create an account with Afterpay and proceed through the checkout

Other things to note:

• The funds for the first payment will need to be available at the time of checkout. If you are a new Afterpay customer, the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over the next 6 weeks. Once you have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks, for all orders under $500, your first payment is made in 14 days, with final payment in 8 weeks.
• Your payment schedule will be emailed to you
• If you wish to return items, you can choose an exchange, or the payment plan will be cancelled.
• * If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.

Olga Berg Ratings & Reviews Competition – Terms and Conditions

Entry into the Ratings and Reviews competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Instructions on ‘How to enter’ also form part of these Terms and Conditions.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Olga Berg (“Promoter”).

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are 18 years or older and living in Australia or New Zealand (excluding employees of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies, and their immediate families) (“Entrant”). For the purposes of this clause, "immediate families" of an employee includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, stepchild, adopted child, parent, stepparent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, stepsiblings, or first cousin.

Competition Periods

The Competition begins on Monday 1 June 2026 and ends on Saturday 31 May 2027. It consists of twelve (12) monthly competition periods, each starting at 12:00am AEST on the 1st of the month and ending at 11:59pm AEST on the last day of the month. The competition periods are:

  • December 2026: Tuesday 1 December 2026 – Thursday 31 December 2026
  • January 2027: Friday 1 January 2027 – Sunday 31 January 2027
  • February 2027: Monday 1 February 2027 – Sunday 28 February 2027
  • March 2027: Monday 1 March 2027 – Wednesday 31 March 2027
  • April 2027: Thursday 1 April 2027 – Friday 30 April 2027
  • May 2027: Saturday 1 May 2027 – Monday 31 May 2027

How to Enter

Entrants may enter the Competition by receiving an email invitation to complete a review of an Olga Berg product.

To enter, the Entrant must complete and submit a review of an Olga Berg product as instructed in the email invitation (“Entry”). On submission, the Entry will be automatically entered into the draw for the relevant Competition Period. Entrants may enter multiple times, receiving one Entry per unique product reviewed.

Prize Draws

Prize draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s head office at Unit 15, Cochranes Road, Moorabin 3189, Melbourne. On the first Wednesday following the end of each Competition Period, one winning Entry will be drawn at random using a random number generator at www.randomdraws.com.au from all Entries submitted during that period (“Winning Entry”).

The Entrant who submitted the Winning Entry (“Winner”) will receive a $100 Olga Berg gift voucher (“Prize”). The value of each Prize is AUD$100 (Australia) or NZD$100 (New Zealand).

The total maximum value of Prizes awarded in this Competition is AUD$1,200 (based on 12 monthly draws).

The gift card is redeemable online at www.olgaberg.com only. The voucher can be used for multiple purchases and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Unused balances will not be refunded.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email by 5:00pm AEST on the Friday following each draw. The Winner must respond to confirm their delivery details within 14 days.

If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to redeem the Prize within the time specified, a redraw will be conducted in the same manner.

General Conditions

Entries that are incomplete, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate will be disqualified. By submitting a review, each Entrant confirms that it is their original work and does not infringe any third-party rights. Entrants grant the Promoter an irrevocable license to use the Entry for promotional purposes in any media, without compensation.

The Prize is not redeemable for cash. If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute one of equal or greater value.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected Entries.

This competition is governed by the laws of Australia and each Entrant agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

The Promoter will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
