This Web site is operated by Olga Berg. All enquiries may be directed through our Contact Us form. 

These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between Olga Berg and you for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

    Colours

    Gift Vouchers

    Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.olgaberg.com. If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and can be used at a later date as long as it is within 12 months of purchase date. If you would like to purchase an item at greater value than the voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card.



    Governing Law

    This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria within Australia and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts within Australia.


     

    Afterpay

    How it works:
    Pay in 4 instalments - Pay for your order in 4 equal fortnightly payments.
    Get your items now - Your order will be shipped just like a normal order.
    Nothing extra to pay - No interest, no additional fees if you pay on time*.
    Spend up to $1000 - You can use Afterpay for orders up to $1000.


    All you need is:

     

    • An Australian debit or credit card
    • To be over 18 years of age
    • To live in Australia

    To use this service:

    • Add your items to your bag and checkout as normal
    • At the checkout, select Afterpay as your payment method
    • Log in or create an account with Afterpay and proceed through the checkout

    Other things to note:

    • The funds for the first payment will need to be available at the time of checkout. If you are a new Afterpay customer, the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over the next 6 weeks. Once you have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks, for all orders under $500, your first payment is made in 14 days, with final payment in 8 weeks.
    • Your payment schedule will be emailed to you
    • If you wish to return items, you can choose an exchange, or the payment plan will be cancelled.
    • * If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.

    Olga Berg Ratings & Reviews Competition – Terms and Conditions

    Entry into the Ratings and Reviews competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Instructions on ‘How to enter’ also form part of these Terms and Conditions.For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Olga Berg (“Promoter”).Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are 18 years or older and living in Australia or New Zealand (excluding employees of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies, and their immediate families) (“Entrant”). For the purposes of this clause, "immediate families" of an employee includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, stepchild, adopted child, parent, stepparent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, stepsiblings, or first cousin.

    Competition Periods

    The Competition begins on Monday 1 June 2026 and ends on Saturday 31 May 2027. It consists of twelve (12) monthly competition periods, each starting at 12:00am AEST on the 1st of the month and ending at 11:59pm AEST on the last day of the month. The competition periods are:

      • June 2026: Monday 1 June 2026 – Tuesday 30 June 2026
      • July 2026: Wednesday 1 July 2026 – Friday 31 July 2026
      • August 2026: Saturday 1 August 2026 – Monday 31 August 2026
      • September 2026: Tuesday 1 September 2026 – Wednesday 30 September 2026
      • October 2026: Thursday 1 October 2026 – Saturday 31 October 2026
      • November 2026: Sunday 1 November 2026 – Monday 30 November 2026
      • December 2026: Tuesday 1 December 2026 – Thursday 31 December 2026
      • January 2027: Friday 1 January 2027 – Sunday 31 January 2027
      • February 2027: Monday 1 February 2027 – Sunday 28 February 2027
      • March 2027: Monday 1 March 2027 – Wednesday 31 March 2027
      • April 2027: Thursday 1 April 2027 – Friday 30 April 2027
      • May 2027: Saturday 1 May 2027 – Monday 31 May 2027

    How to Enter

    Entrants may enter the Competition by receiving an email invitation to complete a review of an Olga Berg product.To enter, the Entrant must complete and submit a review of an Olga Berg product as instructed in the email invitation (“Entry”). On submission, the Entry will be automatically entered into the draw for the relevant Competition Period. Entrants may enter multiple times, receiving one Entry per unique product reviewed.

    Prize Draws

    Prize draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s head office at Unit 15, Cochranes Road, Moorabin 3189, Melbourne. On the first Wednesday following the end of each Competition Period, one winning Entry will be drawn at random using a random number generator at

    from all Entries submitted during that period (“Winning Entry”).The Entrant who submitted the Winning Entry (“Winner”) will receive a $100 Olga Berg gift voucher (“Prize”). The value of each Prize is AUD$100 (Australia) or NZD$100 (New Zealand).The total maximum value of Prizes awarded in this Competition is AUD$1,200 (based on 12 monthly draws).The gift card is redeemable online at

    only. The voucher can be used for multiple purchases and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Unused balances will not be refunded.

    Winner Notification

    Winners will be notified via email by 5:00pm AEST on the Friday following each draw. The Winner must respond to confirm their delivery details within 14 days.If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to redeem the Prize within the time specified, a redraw will be conducted in the same manner.

    General Conditions

    Entries that are incomplete, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate will be disqualified. By submitting a review, each Entrant confirms that it is their original work and does not infringe any third-party rights. Entrants grant the Promoter an irrevocable license to use the Entry for promotional purposes in any media, without compensation.The Prize is not redeemable for cash.     1. Promoter

    The promoter of this sweepstakes is Olga Berg ("Promoter").

    2. Promotion Period

    The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 20 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 20 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

    3. Eligibility

    Entry is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter.

    4. No Purchase Necessary

    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

    5. How to Enter

    To enter, complete the Olga Berg email newsletter sign-up form during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or entries submitted using multiple email addresses or identities may be disqualified.

    6. Prize

    Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Olga Berg gift voucher valued at USD $200. The total prize pool is USD $1,000.Gift vouchers are redeemable only at olgaberg.com, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and are subject to Olga Berg's standard Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

    7. Winner Selection

    Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the promotion closing.

    8. Winner Notification

    Winners will be contacted via the email address used to enter. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

    9. Marketing Communications

    By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Olga Berg. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email. Unsubscribing will not affect the validity of an entry submitted during the Promotion Period.

    10. Privacy

    Personal information collected will be used to administer the promotion and in accordance with Olga Berg's Privacy Policy.

    11. General Conditions

    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or misleading information, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, delayed or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions that may affect participation.

    12. Governing Law

    This promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
